PURPOSE OF USE
Hanger tongs are used by attaching to hanger wire. It carries Ceiling C (TC) profiles in the metal construction installed in the plasterboard suspended ceiling construction.
MATERIAL
The materials used in the production of clips comply with TS EN 10346 standard, steel type DX51D+Z100, fire resistance class A1, zinc coating thickness Z100 gr/m², tensile strength value of 270-500 N/mm², elongation at break of 22%.
The material used in spring manufacturing is CK 75 steel.
MATERIAL THICKNESSES
Hanger Tongs are produced in the range of 0.80-1.00 mm according to the customer’s request.
